One in five parents who move buy bigger homes because their children are living at home into young adulthood

"As many as one in five parents who moved house in the past few months wanted a bigger home because their children are staying at home until their late 20s, a new study reveals.
A survey of almost 13,000 adults by Royal Mail found that 21 per cent chose a larger property to prepare for their children staying with them into young adulthood.
Half of those questioned said they waited longer than they wanted to move house, mainly because of a shortage of suitable properties.Alongside this, patience is proving a virtue in the house-buying market with people prepared to sit it out to find the right home for them.’
The survey follows a second survey this week, which revealed parents are putting their financial future at risk to help adult children get on the property ladder.
The expectation that parents will help their offspring buy their first home now applies to all classes, not just the rich, according to a report from the Halifax.
But it places a ‘significant emotional and financial burden’ on ageing parents, the report says.
Nearly four in ten parents who have given support to their children to buy a property are concerned about their own finances in later life, including pension cash."

Four in ten parents who have helped their children buy property are concerned about their own finances later in life. Also one in five parents moved into a bigger home because their children are living with them until their late 20s.

With this fact we can see that parents are not as strong as they used to be. I mean that in most cases kids sometimes need a kick up the back side to go out and find a work. Parents are overprotecting their children, it’s seems like they are putting their children in a bubble in a bubble. In trying to protect their children, they only spoil them. We have to learn to fight for get something. And parents do the opposite to help children do what they need to do. You can’t move to a bigger house for your children, and you can’t affect your finances because you want to protect your children. These young adults are old enough to sort out their lives. Society gets worse.

Oral presentations

Nowadays at school we are used to doing oral presentations and I’m absolutely agree with this change. We are in a time of change. We are moving for innovation, the news technology, new findings. So we need to do a lot of presentations. I’m sure that all the students suffer the terrible situation of standing in front of everybody. You can’t breathe, your body trembles, everybody is looking at you and you need to talk, you have to say something. But you can’t. For example my oral presentation of TDR it was terrible, my worst oral presentation of all my life. My voice was trembling, the words couldn’t came out of my mouth. The truth is that I felt rather stupid. But at that moment you have to talk you don’t have another option. (For bad luck)
With all this I mean that we need to do more oral presentations, we do a lot but not enough. We have to practice until we feel more confidant, until it seems more natural. In all works you need to know how communicate in front of the public, how to speak with people that you don’t know. Even though I hate to do oral presentations I know we need more practice.

A soulmate

We are influenced by films and they create on us a hope to finding our soulmate.
“A soulmate is a person whom you have immediate connection the moment you meet your soulmate. A connection so strong that you are draw to them in a way that you have never experienced before”. It exist but we can find more than one. In all our lives we meet new people and depends on the situation we prefer different kinds of soulmates.
That’s why we only have to live our life and in some moment we will find that moment. The moment on your heart stops. The moment of your life that divides your life in to: your life before meeting him, and your life after to meet him. In some moment these feels will break up but your life continue. And will appears a new soul mate for you. This person that make you feel protected and secure. This feel to look each other into the eyes and you don’t know why but you are smiling.

In conclusion, a strong connection, in amazing moment.

Interview with a career expert on your interest

Good Morning, I'm Marina and I’m 17 year old. This year I'm going to university so there are a lot of question in my mind. Firstly I don’t know which degree to choose. But I have some ideas. My options are: Psychology, philosophy, ADE, International business and criminology. However, my first option is psychology but I might not have a good enough mark.  For that reason I want to interview a career expert, a philosopher. I want to know about that, so my first question is:
- If you need to convince a person to study this degree, what would you say?
+Those who study philosophy are challenged to analyze concepts clearly and evaluate evidence and arguments critically. So if you want a challenge that changes your point of view of the simple things this is your degree.
-Where did you study and why?
+Firstly I choose Philosophy in Girona because I didn’t know what I wanted studied and not even where. I went to the closer one but then I really liked the atmosphere. So I was very luckily.
-Is as difficult as it seems?
+No! The philosopher isn’t  one who complicates the life, inside out, they only inspect the complications of life, how you can understand them and solve them.

Thank you for your attention, you make it a little bit clearer.

Twitter 'blocked' in Turkey

"Late at night here in Istanbul, the city's internet users suddenly faced the same problem: none of us could get onto Twitter.
The apparent blocking of the website is dramatic, but not surprising. Hours before the site went down, Turkey's prime minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan mocked Twitter at a public rally. He promised to "wipe out" the site in this country. "The international community can say this or that, I don't care at all," he warned.
The Turkish government, many of whose officials are regular Twitter users, complained that the website failed to implement court rulingsordering the removal of various links. Those links are thought to be alleged recordings of the prime minister's private phone conversations. The recordings have been widely circulated on Twitter - many internet users believe that conversations reveal evidence of corruption."

Twitter users in Turkey have been blocked in the country. This happened after Prime Minister Recep Tayyip attacked the site on Thursday. He mocked twitter at a public rally. People believe that he blocked it because there were some recordings of private phone conversations.  So maybe these conversations are the evidence of corruption.

"Everyone has the right to freedom of opinion and expression; this right includes freedom to hold opinions without interference and to seek, receive and impart information and ideas through any media and regardless of frontiers”. So with this action the Minister has refused the freedom of speech. Nowadays social networks are where people express their ideas, explain what is passing through their minds. And also it’s an instrument to pass information  fast. For this reason you always have to be alert because you never know if someone is recording you. But I think that if he blocked this social network it’s because he had something to hide. Probably another case of corruptions and this minister is deleting himself doing this. How we can change it? I think that the solution exist. It’s easy: using another social network because you can’t control all webs. Even though they try to take away our right of freedom speech, they never can’t do it.

Went down: stop working
Wipe out: destroy completely
Court rulings: official decisions

A soulmate for me

It is said that the perfect guys are supposed to be tall, have blue eyes, blonde hair, the typical model of Calvin Klein…But in my case I don’t have a prototype of the perfect soul mate. Only he has to have a connection with me. But if in some case I have to choose one he will probably i be:
Physically he will be dark-skinned, I really like the men who are dark-skinned, they are so attractive! I will describe it descend from the top of the body to the lower part. The hair has to be brown or black and not too long nor too short. The exact length is that the hair can fly a little. The eyes have to be absolutely green or blue, I don’t know why but I find these colours so interesting.  A perfect simile is the key!  And lips thick are the perfect combination. He has to be tall but not too (perfect measure: you put on your tiptoes and you have to arrive to his lips). He must be brawny it’s necessary that he can pick me up .Looks are not important, but they help.

His personality should be likeable, loving boy (rather important), with a sense of humor. I like people who I can laugh with. Also he has to have a positive mind! Because in this life you need to be optimistic and we need to have hope. I can’t stay with a person that always transmits bad emotions, the only way to be happy is having a positive mind. And the last thing I need is a person who I can talk to. I mean a person that does not always talk about him or talk about something stupid all the time, so a person that you can talk with. I know that all this is an enormous list but it’s only a list with my preferences to be a perfect boy (unreal boy). Therefore in my opinion this boy doesn't exist but I think that my soul mate will be a person who all their imperfections are perfections to me. You need to find the little things that make him special and unique .

Formal letter

Janet Cruise

Mr. Rajoy
Spanish Governement
Dear Mr. Rajoy,
I am writing in a response to your actions in our country. Specifically about the cuts that you are imposing. And I would like enforcing you to read my proposal.
First of all, I wish to find out how much the cuts cost. The reason is your actions are having consequences that are affecting everybody. You cut on education implies less future for our country. You cut on health implies less development of our country. They will degenerate into society where only rich people will be able to live.
Secondly, I wish to propose a solution. It consists of only cutting on the military department. You are destination an excess quantity of money on it. And in my opinion with less money will be enough. In our times is impossible that we enter on a war, or something else. Maybe you let throw the money on a rubbish.
Certainly, you should look your system because it does not work.
Thank you for your time. I look forward to hearing from you in the near future.
Yours sincerely.

Janet Cruise.
